The pricing was mostly easy to understand, and I really appreciated being able to see the fees before I paid. A couple of add-ons popped up a little later, which was slightly annoying, but they weren’t anything too outrageous. Overall, it felt fair and clear enough, that gave me some peace of mind in the end

"Amendment filing was simple"
I needed to update some business info and zenbusiness made the amendment filing easy. It was quicker than I expected, and I didnt run into any real problems. Support was friendly too when I had a couple questions

zenbusiness did show me a few upsells, which I never really love seeing, but at least it didn’t feel overly pushy. The part I appreciated most was that my subscription was actually easy to find and manage. I didn’t have to dig around or guess what was active, which saved me some time and frustration.

"Solid bookkeeping help, even with a few slow replies"
I went with them because I really just needed my books cleaned up and didn’t want to keep putting it off. Overall, they got everything organized and the support team was helpful when I had questions. A couple of replies took longer than I would’ve liked, but i can live with that since the work got done properly and my books are in much better shape now.

"The operating agreement was better than I expected"
When I was setting up my LLC, I used ZenBusiness for the operating agreement and didn’t expect much. I figured it might be one of those generic documents packed with confusing legal language, but it was actually easy to follow.
I still took my time reading through it and made a couple of small edits to fit my business, but most of what I needed was already included. It saved me a lot of time, and I felt comfortable using it in the end.

Everything was right and I didn’t run into any issues. It felt like someone might have double-checked things before sending it out, because everything was exactly as expected.

I used ZenBusiness to get my domain and website set up, and it was a lot easier than I expected. I’m not super patient with this kind of stuff, so the fact that I didn’t have to click around forever was a big plus. The website tools were straightforward, my domain connected fine, and then I had one random question along the way. Support got back to me fast, which was nice. Anyway, overall it worked out well and I’m happy with how simple it all felt.

Zen Business was super easy to use. The whole setup felt straightforward, and from the tone of the prompts, I kind of assumed it was designed for people who don’t want to deal with a bunch of confusing steps. I got through everything quickly without feeling lost...

I used ZenBusiness to look into business license info, and it helped clear things up a good bit. It wasn’t totally perfect, I still had to go back and double check a couple things, but overall it made the whole process feel way less confusing.

"EIN took a bit, but they got it done"
I used ZenBusiness to form my LLC and get the EIN too, and the setup was straightforward. I liked getting updates along the way because I was kind of figuring it out as I went and—anyway, it made the whole thing feel less confusing.
The EIN took a little longer than I expected, which made me nervous for a minute, but support got back to me and explained it was just waiting on the IRS side. It did come through in the end and everything looked correct, so I’d give it 4 stars. The wait wasn’t ideal, but overall it worked out fine.

I used ZenBusiness for my registered agent, and it’s been smooth so far. I was a little stressed when I first set everything up, but their notices came through quickly and the dashboard was easy enough to figure out. I did have one question that took a little longer to get answered than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

My LLC filing went through fast, honestly. There was a small delay with the updates, but it wasn’t a huge deal and I don’t think that’s enough to knock the whole experience. Overall, I’m happy with how quickly everything got handled, and yeah, I’d use the service again

"Pretty decent support experience, I think?"
I had to reach out to ZenBusiness support about some LLC paperwork, it went better than I expected. It did take a little while to get connected, which was kind of annoying, but once I got someone, the rep was really nice and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. They helped me get the issue fixed, so I guess overall it was a good experience? Has anyone else had a similar wait time with them?

i mean, I used Zen Business to handle my LLC setup and then went ahead and started the business banking part through them too. I was expecting it to be a little confusing, but it was actually simple.
The steps were easy to follow, and I didn’t feel like I was clicking all over the place trying to figure out what to do next. Everything I needed was laid out clearly, and starting the banking option didn’t take much effort.
Overall, it saved me some time and made the whole process feel less stressful. Good experience for something I thought would be more of a hassle.

"Tax help was actually easy"
I had a tax consultation with zenbusiness for my LLC, it was smoother than I thought it would be. I only had a few basic questions, but the person I spoke with broke everything down in normal language instead of making it sound like some complicated tax lecture.
I also didn’t feel like they were trying to hurry me off the call, which I really appreciated. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but it felt like they genuinely wanted to help. By the end, I knew what steps to take next, so overall it was a helpful experience
